QH FLUIDCONTROL™ DAS 150
The QH FLUIDCONTROL™ DAS 150 is an advanced mobile die lubricant/ water mixing and delivery system, with exceptional stability of lubricant dilution.
The system is capable of delivering lubricant mixture up to a peak flow rate of 120 litres (13.3 gallons) per minute at 8 bar, or a continuous delivery volume of 50 litres (4.2 gallons) per minute. The unit has a 50 litre discharge pressure tank, and a mixing tank holding 30 litres of premixed lubricant.
A PLC controlled predetermined ratio of die lubricant is homogeniously mixed via inline techology. The system batch mixes water and neat lubricant components and ensures accurate and repeatable dilution through continual measurement of real time turbidity of the final mix.
The system is designed to accurately measure and control die lubricaction application volume to the die face with an accuracy of ±0.1%.
The system is PLC driven with HMI for quick and easy access to all settings and parameters. Data is collected for each shot and accessible through reports and alerts in QH FLUIDTREND™, allowing you to optimize your fluids and processes.
